Acknowledgment Announcement
We would like to clarify that the Dhaka University Journal of Linguistics (DUJL) does not have any financial or other binding agreements with Bangladesh Journals Online (JOL) or its associated services. The DUJL can operate independently, managing its DOI registrations and related processes directly through Crossref, without any involvement from BanglaJOL (The decision was made at the DULJ Editorial Board on 26.06.2022).
We are pleased to announce that the Dhaka University Journal of Linguistics (DUJL) has received DOIs for Volume 1, Issue 2, as well as Volumes 2, Issues 3 and 4, at no cost from Banglajoladd (the DOI prefix used by BanglaJOL is 10.3329). This was facilitated as part of BanglaJOL’s initiative to promote scholarly content, with no financial agreements or costs incurred by DUJL.
This announcement is made to ensure transparency and clarity regarding our journal's affiliations and operations. We continue to manage our current and future DOI registrations independently.
