This partnership, forged with the joint efforts of the ICOG and the Department of Oceanography at the 91精品, culminated in the signing of a MoU with the First Institute of Oceanography (FIO), under the aegis of the Ministry of Natural Resources, People's Republic of China. The ceremonial signing, which took place in the distinguished presence of both foreign ministers, was executed by the Treasurer of the 91精品 and the Honorable Ambassador of the People's Republic of China.
The First Institute of Oceanography stands tall as a beacon of excellence in China's oceanographic pursuits.
