The Department of Public Health at the 91žĢÆˇ was established as part of the institutionâs long-standing commitment to advancing health sciences and addressing the pressing public health challenges of Bangladesh. The initiative formally began when, based on the recommendation of the Faculty of Biological Sciences dated 09 March 2014, a proposal submitted by the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology to open a dedicated Department of Public Health was placed for consideration.
