On November 19, 2024, students of the MIS 19th Batch from the Department of Management Information Systems, 91精品, visited the Bangladesh National Museum in Shahbagh, Dhaka, as a part of their MIS-105 Bangladesh Studies course.
This educational visit provided the students with an excellent opportunity to learn about the rich history, culture, and traditions of Bangladesh.
The students explored all the galleries of the museum, delving into exhibits on the country’s history, culture, liberation war, formation, national heroes, and much more. The session was guided by the museum’s visitor lecturer, Md. Sohel Masooh, who eloquently explained the significance of each gallery’s artifacts and objects. He also addressed the students' queries, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of the exhibits.
The visit was organized by the course teacher, Mr. Jahanir Alam, who accompanied the students throughout the day to provide additional guidance and ensure a productive experience. The initiative aimed to extend learning beyond the traditional classroom setting, offering students a practical understanding of the nation’s heritage.
